Suspended due to non-functional email address

When I try to burn a movie using my dvdrw and dvd-rom, putting the
blank in the dvdrw and the movie in the dvd-rom it will eject
every time. what could I be doing wrong.

Which one is ejecting and when does it do this? What burning program are you using? Are you getting any error messages?
