which version?

im on 3.03oe-c at the moment but i want my ps1 games to be fixed (screen bug as they are slightly off screen)

but i have been hearnig alot of people having trouble with 3.10.

could someone highlight the differances or problems with 3.10oe-a for me.

3.10 would the worst. I have it and mostly all the plugin does not work. When, I try to flash I just give me a black screen. That is the only problem I have with 3.10 OE rite now...
