How do I stealth patch a game that is already in ISO format

I downloaded Crackdown and the description said it was not stealth patched. I was able to download a stealth patch for it. However, it looks like the patch was supposed to be applied before it was merged.

How do I stealth patch a game that is in ISO format?

stealth patching is a "secure" way to play backups on live with little or no chance of microshaft seeing if the medium inserted into the 360 drive is legit or not

So is there a stealth patch available for all xbox live games or is there a tool that you typically use to generate the patch yourself...?

all ss (security sector) patches can be found here http://ss.softmodfiles.net/ along with a tutorial on how to use them :)

You can use Schtrom to apply the patches.
