i bought my 2gb memory stick pro duo for about $45 but that was about a year ago, checked the price again and now 8s just $30 w/ the same store where i bought it.. would you believe that!? omg!!
but it's true :P

The 8GB might not be out yet. Sandisk and sony even developed a 32GB memstick but that wont be released anytime soon.

32gb? omg that's already half the capacity of my ps3. funny 8s just half the size of a matchbox.. overwhelming for a portable device. now i dont know whether to be happy or be sad w/ today's reality :(

well the ps3 can have any hard drive swapped in, it's a fairly easy install.

yeah.. but the difference between a 20gb and a 40gb ps3 is as much as $200 so would that mean that a 32gb mem stick would cost at around $500? holy %^&*!!

im not lucky, best buy have a cheap 2gb but backorder..
until i get one, can i put a hd on my psp ? :p or just do it via my comp and the usb cable?

first off dont buy sony. buy sandisk, they look better, are built better, and perform better. 2GB of space is plenty of space considering there is no game over 1.8GB so you know u can always have your fav game no matter how big. Second with compression and ripping u can get games down to....well small. I have a couple ISO's that are under 20MB in fact. If you think you're going to hold alot of games, music, vids and stuff go with 4GB, if you wanna hold a few of ur fav games then go with a 2GB. Plus u can get 2GB's for like 30 bux from amazon.com

just to lets you know:
now i have 3.02 oe-B
i bough a 1gb one for 50$ and 10 minutes after when i went to a friend house he sold 2 old 2gb mc, for 20buck each, so now i have 5gb and everything work fine.
