Wow i can't believe how far, and how much work i've put into my latest PSP so far...

Odly enuff...i havn;t even beena around this forum for a while..haha
oh well.

Just a question that hopefully someone can answer.

or the Coldboot if u will
i read somewhere..they dont work on 3.03 OE-C.. true? false?
i reallyy...realllyy...reallyyyy..wanna get a cooll cool coldboot video thinger... and..im aware of the whole hex editing to modify the lines...that just dosn;t cut it for me:P

but yeah..any info would be great.

What is ur PSP firmware?
If it is 3.03 OE-C,
then hardboot ur PSP.
Then hold R trigger while booting PSP to enter recovery mode,
Go to enable flash0 usb,
then go to >VSH>Resource>
Find the item named: gameboot.pmf
That is the video when u boot ur PSP.

U can download loads of gameboot u want.
Replace the item over the gameboot.pmf
Done!

gameboot is not the movie u see when u boot ur psp. gameboot is what u see when loading a game/homebrew.

actually im not sure what contains the gameboot movie. i know opening_plugin.rco is what u modify if u want to debrand gameboot screen. u can use cintro to change coldboot movie but it only works on older firmware.

chaa...i herd that to..thats why im so unstable on making the decision to do it.

i downloaded a gameboot.pmf and on Win Media player IT WORKS
on my 1.50 it WORKED

but on my 3.03 oe-c it doesnt
WHY ?

i think ive read sumwhere dat i needed to modify sumthin else but what??
