I get this sometimes while extracting rar backups

Extracting IMAGE.000 Error: CRC mismatch in file "IMAGE.000" in the archive "F:\Xbox 360 Games\rom-doa4.rar"


so I have to wait for the whole thing to extract then that happens when it's done and I end up with nothing, total suckfest.
