Hi, I am running a 3.03 OE C Firmware, and I currently have the Wave Flasher V3. I want a black background with the waves, but I don't know how to do it or what to do it with. I am planning on a black background with dark blue waves. I need to know how to do this please, Thanks.

If you dont know where you need to flash these files, id recommend you learn more about flash0/1 and where to flash files or else you can get a partial brick.

Exactly, I have no idea what these flash0/1 things are, i need help or something and a step by step guide to make my background black while still having the waves please...

omg...almost ALL of homebrew have a readme, and im pretty sure waveflasher has a readme. its usually there when you first open the zip.

u dont need an app to flash the files, u can use recovery mode.

hex edit the lines on system_plugin_bg.rco, or download some pre-made (search for 'em)
