hi
when i try to update my computer windows stuff it always fails.i have this yellow shield on my task bar asking me to update.when i let it
nothing gets updated including internet ex 7.i disabled norton and re
oved spy sweeper but i still have some issues.any suggestions?thanks

u could just try going to the windows update site and try updating from there Update Link
let me know if that works

There are unofficial updates out there but im not sure if thay are legal so i wont post a link but if u google it im sure u will find them, maybe that will help you.
