How do I tell specifically that I have 3.03 OE - C?

I installed what I THOUGHT to be 3.03OE-C last night but when I go to system information in the XMB, it just says 3.03. How do I know I have OE-C firmware? I tried to play a certain psx game on it and it gives me the message, "To use this content, you must activate the system".
Any help is appreciated, thanks a million.

Congratulations, you are on official 3.03.
Where did you get the update?
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

Crap!! I got it off of psp-hacks.com (a user on there) and could've SWORE it was 3.03OE-C.. So now I have to get the unpatched liberty and so forth??

sorry but that is REALLY bad you have 3.03 now!
NOW you have to wait a long time before you can downgrade!well it isnt that long.

It was 2.71 TA-082. I upgraded to 2.8, then downgraded to 1.5. Everything was going well, I THOUGHT I was downloading 3.03OE-C, but I guess not... Sh!t!!

Could you give a link to the upgrade you used?
Normal upgrade to 3.03 OE-C is this and if you used this and read the readme, you shouldn't have ended up with 3.03 official.
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

you werent supposed to use the 3.03 update.
you were but its only to go with 1.50 update to create the DATA.DAXR file thats it nothing more nothing less
next time just ask for someone to upload the DATA.DAXR they used instead if you want

Why didn't you simply read the complete post?
Not that it is complete or up to date.

I read over it, and over it. Problem is, it was 3 in the morning and I was in zombie mode. So, when I get my new PSP down to 1.50, I download the REAL 3.03OE-C (the one eisherz linked) and I'm good to go right?

Read the Readme file that comes with the upgrader, it explains everything you need and what you have to do.

actually, it doesnt matter if its too hard or too easy, you need to understand it or else something like this is gonna happen again. or maybe you could of searced if you needed more help.

The only thing that's probably misunderstandable is the first step to do:
Copy oeupdmaker and oeupdmaker% to /PSP/GAME if you are in 1.50, or to /PSP/GAME150 if you are in
2.71 SE, 3.02 OE or 3.03 OE. Then you need the official 3.03 update, rename it to 303.php and copy it into oeupdmaker (that's one of four folders). You also need the official 1.50 update, rename it to 150.php and copy it to oeupdmaker, too. Rest is pretty clear.
