iso games stopped working.... Help...

Hi there, Ive just upgraded to 3.10 OE a2 and after a short time of problem free gaming the iso/ cso files in the ISO folder dont show up in the game menu anymore.... I had GT2 psx installed in the game folder and when i went to delete it, it had moved into a different folder... Ive tried all the iso/ cso's that worked earlier but they still dont show.
