I believe what you are referring to is DVD43.
It can be downloaded here:

If you want something that works good, leave the DVD43 on the net and download what you need to install RipIt4Me. It's been working with the heaviest of tne new Sony copy protections. http://www.ripit4me.org/guide.html Nothing but rave reviews by those who use it. Of course there are those with broken anvils, but they don't count. LOL

@Ryan

Tools I used and highly recommend:

DVDFab Decrypter
RipIt4Me
DVD Decrypter
DVD Shrink
ImgBurn
FixVTS and VobBlanker

Have a look at some FREE guides here http://www.dvdplusvideo.com/A_F_Guides.html (Featuring guides by alkohol & fasfrank: it will help you to install, rip and backup any DVD successfully; guides including DVDFab Decrypter and RipIt4Me.

To make a long story short:
(1) rip the DVD with DVDFab Decrypter.
(2) "open files" via DVD Shrink and transcode.
If for some reason DVD Shrink is choking (can not continue), then you'll need to "process and clean" your already ripped files (VOB, VTS) through FixVTS or (VIDEO_TS.IFO) through VobBlanker.

If you don't want to use DVDFab Decrypter, simply rip with RipIt4Me (it is unstoppable, but just a little longer that's all). Follow this RipIt4Me guide here http://www.dvdplusvideo.com/Guides/alkohol_guide2.html

Best of luck and enjoy them FREE guides.

WARNING: Do not "update/upgrade" your SAMSUNG BD-D5XXX series (Bluray Player), or else you cant enjoy any of your movie files.
