has there been any new news about the larger memory cards? like exact size and/or release date? i am getting tired of carrying around my hard drive over a friends house, but i don't want to buy the smaller memory card if a larger one is just around the corner

I've never even heard of a larger Memory Card. I've heard about the new HDD that is coming out with the New Xbox 360's in March. They are like 120GB!
