PSP-1006 registration.

Hi all,
I have a PSP-1006 and I cannot regitser. I would like to do a firmware update and need to register first, but when I try to do this, there is no option for 1006!
What must I do???
Please help.........

what exactly are you trying to register for?
Currently on my 7th PS3 and 4th Xbox, gotta love technology.. |

I am trying to dowload the latest software (3.11)
My PSP has version 2.60.
I am asked to sign in, when I try to do this, I am asked for the model, and PSP-1006 is not an option.

yeah, lots.
Because currently you could downgrade to 1.5 then install custom firmware to play homebrew, PS1 games and backups of all PSP games and still have all the functionality of the official 3.10 firmware.
You are in the PSP mod forum, do you not know what your PSP is capable of ?

haha upgrade to 2.71 then downgrade to 1.5 useing easy downgrader. pm me for link or you can search yourself on psp-hacks.com

wanting to upgrade to 3.11, but can't
yet hes in a Mod forum ! lolol!!!
hes lucky..verrryy lucky if i do say so my self.
Take any help u can get...and u'll have a nice custom PSP with free games, PS1 Games... and a bunch of emulators + homebrew :)
PSP -> 2.60 TA-082 + 2.71 - 1.5 + 3.03 OE-A + OE-B + OE-C + 3.52 M33 - 3.40 OE-A + 3.52 M33-4 + 3.71 M33-4 + 4.01 M33-2 w/ 1.50 k = dropped 1ft and lost my PSP permanently
Hardstyle or No Style baby. w000

im wasnt poking fun at u, only saying ur lucky. lol
