Please help!My remote for my d-box fell and broke. ordered one of e-bay which did not work so returned and ordered another from Germany, but, alas, this also did not work. Is there something specific you have to do to activate them or is it just bad luck. Please help as my knees are agony from changing cannels manually lol.

If neither worked I think its probably your DBox, either you've locked the remote or you need to reflash the image. Silly question - you did check the batteries??

Yes batteries were new.d-box is still working and can be changed manually.sorry but dont know or how too reflash image.Take it there is no chance of unlocking the remote?
