Alright my friends xbox gives us Error 16 because it was left for 4 hours not plugged in and we did not back up anything right? So is it possible to fix it...

Now my Xbox gives me Error 21 when i go to MS Dashboard and is it possible just to delete everything (On my dashboard) while still ftp'n and replace with my backup of my MS Dash

sorry for double post but for error 16 one can i just get eeprom.bin off my xbox and xboxhd and hotswap? would that work...
