Thanks for the reply back JoeGons, unfortunately, that code did not work. I haven't been able to find anyone who can help me unlock my XE Mobile phone. Have you heard of anyone being able to unlock XE Mobile?
Caesar101---that code was for my phone only. The code did not work for me and even if it did, it would not work for you unless you had the same exact IMEI.

I do not think anyone has unlocked XE yet.
The problem is that we do not know what "Mobile Network Code" MNC they are using.
That is one of the settings we use on the Calc.
