I recently bought a xbox 360 off of ebay, when I got it I tried to play Gears of War but the xbox 360 said I needed to change the parental settings. When I went to change them I had to have a password and I didn't have it because the previous owners put it on. I tried numerous times to contact them and ask them for the password but the wouldnt respond. Is there any way I can change the password to play the game?

you can reset the console back to factory defaults if you like, just go to the system blade and then go to memory and press "Y" on the hard drive and go down to format and it RESETS everything, including gamesaves, thats the only way i know of to fix it
