I bought gta:lcs and but all thing what i need to downgrade .... but when i start playing gta then there doest come any black and blue backround and psp doesnt restar :S .... PLease help ..

check whether it is unpatched or patched. the chances are if you only just went out an bought it, it is not good for downgrading
