I cannot seem to be able to download keylauncher and the other files that come with it from this link http://www.siirlabs.com/ps2dev/kl/release/ps2-keylauncher-0.2+-image_USA.rar
This is the link that has been provided for many of the forums I have
been to.
Does anyone know somewhere else I could download this file from?

that is the very first result and they have keylauncher in various versions that are newer than the 0.2 that you want.

I tried sksapps.com and they didn't have it only the kl.elf file.
I also tried the links for sourceforge.net still I just get the elf file for key launcher.
The forums that have the link I first gave are

I'm trying to get this file that has the kl.elf file and the other files that L-Burna and kaosX say are required in their forums.
