ive got 3.02OE-B but i cant get back to 1.5 , ive tryed to run the eboot in recovery but i just get a black screen then it turns off, if that is the right way can someone please confirum to me please , unless there is anthor way , cause i wanna go to 3.03 and do custom xmb

you need to place the RECOVERY folder inside the GAME folder. you need hexitnow's winstaller.

You can upgrade to 3.03 OE-C from 3.02 OE-B, you don't need to go to 1.5.

Use hex's winstaller -
