Unlock Nokia 1600 (Tried 3 times with 3 different codes) HELP!

Hello guys,

I have been reading this forum and had gained courage to try and unlock my Nokia 1600, however after using codes generated by
http://www.gsmevolution.com/freecalc/
http://www.lur.nu/unlock/nokia_eng.php
http://unlock.nokiafree.org/dct4.php

Which all generated the same 7 codes...

I tried enetering the +1 version then the +7 version and finally the +5 version after every single one it said "Code Error". Can someone please help me unlock it because I only have 2 more tries. I am assuming that the firmware of this phone may be newer therefore the codes dont work.

Here are my details

Make/model phone: Nokia 1600 (Firmware 5.53)
IMEI #:352739017221737
Country the phone is locked in: Australia
Provider the phone is locked to: Vodafone

Ok I did it but it said "Not Allowed". Hmmmmmmmmm..... what now.. and that was my fourth time entering the code.

can Someone please tell me what that "Not Allowed" means? Is it hard locked? If So how do I unlock it? With Cable? Where do I buy it from?
