HAving trouble getting videos to work on 3.03oe-c

I cant get videos to work on 3.03oe-c, is there something i gotta do in the recover menu or somethin because the data always comes out corrupt. and Yes I do convert the video. I have tried psp vedio 9 3gp converter, and the super c program.

what folder did you put the videos in?

I have tried putting videos on viseo folder and 100mnv01. Do i have to change settings in recover menu or something.
