sorry i am new to all this, how do i get this homebrew thing running on my jap v2.81 machine, ive looked at several threads but just not 100% sure what to do ????

The only thing you can do Chaos is upgrade to 3.03 then downgrade to 1.50 and then reupgrade to 3.03 OE-C.

Very simple process Chaos, download the 3.03 update from here place the eboot into a folder called UPDATE then place this folder into the GAME folder on your PSP. Scroll to the MS icon under the controller and select the update.

X:/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT

No in the case of OE firmware you must have 75% battery level before you can upgrade.
Make sure you AC is plugged in as well.
