My registry (for updates for exemple), my install shield and other programs and files like such are slowly deleting themselves

a worm maybe well anyway... try scanning with KasperSky http://www.kaspersky.com/ and post back with a log of your result and do in safe mode to get into safe mode

1. Restart your computer.
2. When the machine first starts again it will generally list some equipment that is installed At this point you should tap the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with a Windows XP Advanced Options menu.
3. Select the option for Safe Mode using the arrow keys.
4. Then press enter on your keyboard to boot into Safe Mode.

and try to stay in safe mode if your computer is slowly being deleted safe mode should slow the process

P.S: if you want to keep your computer in safe mode and access the internet at the same time use "Safe Mode with networking" it might be useful for if you want to see updates in this post

hello, your very small HjT guide didn't show anything allarming, did you paste all of it? It seems very very small. Anyways, I found a great guide on the internet... best one that I've seen for removing malware. Please take a look, it is fairly lengthy, but it really works.

Also, try running your scans in safemode, it will allow Spybot and whatever other scanners you have to do a much more detailed scan.
