Routine maintenance???.. I won't tell you how downright rude and lazy that is.. People here have better things to do with our time than scanning through HjT logs because you can't be bothered to do it yourself..
Try this online scanner.. http://hijackthis.de/en
If you are uncertain of any applications running check this database http://www.spywareguide.com/product_search.php
Then if you find any nasties post for help if adaware/spybot or the others don't remove them.

hey, janrocks, chill out, I don't mind scanning through other people HjT logs, actually, I think it's quite fun. Thats why I volunteer.

Hey Janrocks,
if you didnt want to check through my HjT log thats completely fine with me, but i dont really understand why you had preach your little speech there. I wish i had time to check my own HjT log, but i dont. So if you dont want to do it thats fine by me. Just dont leave me useless relpies.
Thanks!

How about the R3 and the 02 (no name) (no file) the 02 might be a leftover from siteguard.
