Need to unlock Nokia 6030 b

CODE 0538438AO25r5
TYPE 255
this phone is a Cingular phone, it will not except the USB.PL2303
USB cable driver from Accessorygeeks.com nor will it connect with the Nokia PC Suite version 6.82.22.0

surely there not able to lock out all usb cable usage.
