corrupted icons in 303 oe-c

i enabled hide corrupted icons and still see them white my emulators , is there any way to get rid of them , also whats the diff with 303 kernal and 1.5 kernal, which one should it be on

help is appreciated

1.50 kernel means you can run homebrew and stuff like that. i dont know of a different way to get ride of the icons.

Some quick question, what is 150 Kernel and 303 Kernel.. I have 3.03 EO - C but I have no Idea about Kernel?

I can played homebrew too

1.50 kernel is jst like having the security abilities of 1.50 which allows you to play homebrew. while in 3.03 you dont have the ability to play homebrew. so while your in 1.50 kernel you can play homebrew.

So why don't we just set it to 1.50 as always? Why need to change back to 3.03 ?

You need 303 kernal to play downloaded demos and various othere stuff from Sonys website.

stupid question but do you class emulators as homebrew or not?
iv got mine set to 3.03 and everything iv tried upto now runs fine. it just depends on which game folder i put things in.

Yeah mate, emulators are classed as homebrew, because its unsigned code and not meant to be run on the PSP.

hmm same here.. i've used pspbrew to change the eboots and still i've got corrupted icons.. it doesnt make sense lol.

eh, cant be avoided at the moment, but i remember hearing somewhere that one of the emulator files goes into game & the other into game150...but its not confirmed, and i refuse to be the one to try it
