Hi,

I currently have a modded Version 1 PS2.
I've been running some backup dvds and some work and some don't
The ones that work tend to be silver recording surfaces.
The ones that don't tend to be purple recording surfaces.
Is this a fact??
If so, what brand has silver recording surfaces?

Also, I am trying to burn an ISO file on my FUJI (made in Japan) DVD-Rs on Alcohol 120 but they don't to work.

I think he's asking about silver and purple burnable disks, right? I'm not sure what the difference is, but I can attest that my Version 1 PS2 will load Ritek G05 DVD-Rs with backups. I use swap magic 3.6 if that makes any difference.
