how do people. iv just got my 360 and have been reading up on fashing the dvd drive.
i know mine is a samsung ts-h943a and up to now, as far as i understand i need a sata cable and sata card to do this.
is there any other way of doing this without the need of a sata card/cable?
im not looking for a tut or walkthroughs. i would just like to know if there is another method before i waste anymore time searching.

hiya,from my understanding its the only way to do it,thats how i done my ts943a,it doesnt cost that much either if you shop around for the bits you need.

It does sound very daunting,but all i done was kept reading up on tuts and it was really easy to do,as long as you get the correct sata card you should have no trouble.

which one is the correct on? iv read a few tut's and theres bin more than one mentioned. which one have you got? ill get the same as you seen as yours is done.
is there anything else im going to need to get before i can do it?
