Tryning to rip the movie "Return I opened ripit4me, then decrypter issues this error message. "Failed to send challenge key", "Device Authentication Failed. When I try to exit out one failure box it goes to the next failure box and continues to go back and forth. I end up having to reboot the computer just to get to this page.

I think so. I originaly downloaded it 2 weeks ago. It says no new updates available.
