Converting TTF font to PGF fonts?

Hey everyone, I got all the resources to change the font on my psp but the only thing I need to do is convert my ttf to pgf. I got the converter, but when I click it to run it, the window pops up for less than a second then goes away. I'm just wondering what I am doing wrong. Can someone help please?

u should probably extract it to ur desktop if it's in a rar archive

I did, I extracted it, ran it, then it popped up then went right away.

its not mine, its from another site, but extract, put the ttf file in the same folder, and then run the makefonts.bat
