Tried booting isos of these games via 3.03oe-c, booting is successful, but each game freezes in the loading sequence. All of my other isos work, and I was wondering if just socom had this problem.

i never had any problems about isos in socom2. eventually i noticed that i really never encountered any problems w/ any iso that i played ever since i got 3.03oe-c. maybe your cpu clock is too low. or maybe you've just got the wrong settings mate. or maybe your mem stick is just overloaded w/ picts or your xmb modification is is costing to much xmb speed resulting w/ the gamefreeze. i'd say reformat your mem-stick and change the speed to 333(xmb and iso/eboot)
