connect you psp to your computer through usb. Then open up your psp drive from my computer. Then you should see about 5 folders, one of them is named picture. Open that up. Then just drop your .jpg image into that folder. Now exit from usb mode, scroll over to photo open up your memory stick, scroll to the photo you want to use as your wallpaper and hit x. Now hit triangle and find the option that says set as wallpaper, hit x. Now navigate to theme settings hit x and select wallpaper then select use.

NOTE make sure your image is 480x272 in size.

Firstly the folder is called PHOTO not picture, secondly it might not exist and so could need to be created, thirdly it is a sub folder of the PSP folder and lastly that only works on later firmwares which is why I said it depends which firmware they are running. As they haven't replied though I guess they aren't that bothered.

+ when ever you try to save an image while in the browser, that's the first place it will ask you to save your photo...

Actually I am bothered. I barely checked back today for any responses. Where can I get the required firmware because I'm pretty sure that I don't have the necessary one? Oh, and thanks for the help.
