had my PSP at 3.03 oe-c tried selling on ebay, was flagged off 3 times that i tried,so i went back to 1.5 when decided to go back to 3.03 oec, nothingthing wroks, cant, even get the 1.50 pbp file to load, what can i do?

did u try using hexitnow's winstaller for 3.03 oe c?

ok well i tried now and its not going to recovery mode for some reason.
i dont know what it is, i mean technically its not 3.03 until u get here , its still at 1.5 and u cant run recovery from there
