Using a combination of an Action Replay disc, SD Card Adapater and a SD Card you can boot homebrew software, emulators, games and demos on your Nintendo Wii without the need to open up the console and install a modchip.
Requirements
* Action Replay (link)
* SD Card Adapter (Official, Home Made or Gekko)
* Compatible SD Card
* SDLoad (link)

Does the SD Media Launcher let you boot N64 roms or Mp3's and Videos? What about Gamecube backup ISO's?

i don't no about the first 2 b/c i haven't tryed it but tum yet but the iso's yes but only on the gamecube not the wii

antgore, do you know of the iso's have to be put onto discs or do they run off the sd card in the media launcher? cuz that'd be sweet if no discs are involved

i relly dont no i have bin woting to try but all i have is an 1 gig stick but i think the disk r ezer i dont no about every 1 else i dident even have to mess wit the laser but i did have to open it cuz im chep and dont have money 4 mini dvds so i took off the top and ues dvd-r's

Cool, thanks antgore. Whoever has tried this, let me know if it lets you boot N64 roms or Mp3's and Videos on the Wii. It would be great if I can boot backup Gamecube ISO's on the Wii though.

hey can somone please post a link for nes and snes emulator to work on wii in gamecube mode....i have sd media launcher and have been searchin everywhere on web and every site requires you to be a member to friggin download... so annoying

just download bittorrent and bitzip to down load the emulators or check out emulatorzone.com and if you get it working let me know because i have a n64 emulator and i want to know if it works

why not just sign up and become a member then
