OE-C is Custom People!!!!!! if you realize that all it is; is two firmwares in one (1.50 & 3.03) then you know that the process of installing any OE requires 1.50 (as it is a part of the generated psp subnet when making an update)
I may be kinda new here, but at the same time....im sure that many of these questions people can sus out by themselves...with a little "research".
oh, well in that case hells yeah, you can go back to 303 oec from 3.10 oe....use hexitnow's recovery win-installer...there should be an option to go back to 150, 303oe or 3.10a
lol....you know, i am not really sure... because when i am trying to use it to recover from OE-C to 150, it gives me the option to go (back to) 3.10...idk mate
um, lol - sounds goobish (coming from me); try both... :/at least run it until you get to the option to recover to firmware to screen...then choose the win-installer that is closest to what youre trying to do....worse to worse, you still have recovery yeah?
