Switch your DMA to On. Here's a guide: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/260038

Burn process started at 16x (22,160 KB/s)

Way too fast. Since you're using 16x media, I would suggest burning at 8x or slower. This high of a burn may cause burn errors.

I use TDK 16x media

I would switch to better media. Taiyo Yudens or Verbatims are the best.

If you've got shrink setup to autoburn using nero:

The burn speed can be set here in the burn settings tab:

Also, your burner's firmware is outdated, an update is available that will help solve your problem. You can download the update from here:

http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2223

Click on BCIC to download the .zip file, once you've got the download on your PC, unzip the file and run it to update following any instructions given.

So..For a successful burn, you need:
Updated firmware
DMA enabled for all devices
A burn speed of 4-8X
Good quality media

Cheers.
