that circly loading in the bottom left corner. Also is it true that some mods cant be done in a Custom firware like 3.10 OE-A?

yes...this is true, you can brick your psp easy messing with 3.10 flash and such......

as far as the loading icon goes, i know it is in an rco file somewhere in flash0.....

Sus it out man, and keep searching, im sure you'll find a way

@leingodd, you can change that "loading screen" by replacing the system_plugin_fg.rco file. you can flash everything on 3.03 oe-c, you can flash everything on 3.10 oe firmware aexcept for the topmenu_plugin.rco
