I go to my control panel (add/remove programs)and try to remove software listed. It gives me an internal error message # and does not allow me to remove the software. This has become annoying. Is there anyway that I can remove the software. I've emailed the company but get no response.

Have you tried using a 3rd-party uninstall program, like MagicTweak?

Hi and thank you for the info you provided. I've downloaded their trial version and have no idea what to do to remove the software I don't want on my computer anymore. Do you have any suggestions for me?

try ccleaner, great tool and it can uninstall programs for you, look under tools.
