Well I wasn't sure as the dude said he gets the xmb and can see the battery icon, clock etc, whereas most semi bricks just get a black screen and won't even boot to the xmb.
If was just that the icons were missing, could you not install x-flash or psp filer, then use sound to navigate to x-flash and re-flash an original topmenu?
But it sounds like he can do nothing, so thats not an option.
Hy, i have a 3.03 psp. And I undergraded it to 1.50 and then I upgraded with the 303oe_C and everything went fine, i got the dxar file and place it, and i instaled the soft, everything was fine, I saw on the screen that the process went good, it said that i should restart manually the psp, and i did restart it and it went without any menu straith in the game (GTA) and when the save data loaded the psp shut down. And I restarted it again and the same result. After that i took out the umd and since then when i turn on my psp the screen is black and nothing appears, but the psp is on, I can see the back light on and for 2-3 seconds I can see that the memory is charging. Does anyone has any ideea??? Can I repair it, or can anyone else repair it?
hey again, i solved the problem by pressing R after turning on and using the Recovery thing ...and now i have a 1.50 psp again...so i think i will try to use the easy upgrader..forgat the name... Is it different from the 303oe_C updater..or is easyer to use..is there any difference? And speachink of that, what is the difference between the 1.50 and the 303oe_C soft? Is it at the games?
