My PSP freezes when i on it. Please HELP

My PSP firmware is 3.10 OE A and i changed the topmenu_plugin.rco which i know i wasnt suppose to, then i took my friend's topmenu_plugin.rco which mean it's back to the original one but when i start it, it still freezes. Anyone know what's happening? Please help me, i'm really nervous. Is there anyway to undo it?

Recover it with the recovery winstaller at the top of this thread.
