NO EPG -Sagem dbox

Hi everybody.
Ive got a sagem db
On some of the channels it says 'Error channel not found.'
On the bar at the bottom of the screen it says 'waiting for EPG..'

Some of these channels include NASN, ZEE tv and film four.
Any advice please?

Turn box off at plug. Restart and leave it to tune into a Sky movies channel. Then access the bouquet where all channels will be shown, create your own bouquets and transfer the channels you want into them. Access them for viewing by using the OK button and then the L/R buttons on the large circular remote button only (not the arrow buttons) and you should be OK.

Thanks alot for the advice, but it still doesnt work
When i scroll to the bouquet i made with filmfour in it it just says filmfour , and nothing next to it.

Is there any way of scanning for it by any chance. Also is there any way in which i can get more channels, eg id dont have Five US.

I had the same problem at my old home too, but i think its something to do with the dbox and not the cable signal

It's got nothing to do with boquets and channel lists mate. Just go into settings and change EPG read to ON
