Can't copy custom xmb to flash0

Everytime I try to install somebodies custom xmb package I get a disk is full while copying?

thats because u dont have enough room for it. flash0 is almost full so you have to do some cleaning up. I have got like an extra 3MB in my flash0 now so i can have all the custom files i want

Google Flash Agent and download it. you can delete japanese font to give you more flash space. Becareful you may brick it when you modify flash. There is always that risk!
