How do i change the name of the video?

One video has been name wrong during conversion, and now the title is displayed wrong in my PSP. I've heard that title info is contained in the header of the THM file. If this is true, how do i view and modify the header in the THM to correct the name of the video?

i believe the thm file and mp4 file have to have the same name in this format M4Vxxxxx where x is 5 random numbers but they have to be the same for both the thm and mp4
