hello friends,
i have two straight farward questions to ask u whether it is legal or not ,please help me out.

i am going to buy a modded(with a mod chip) xbox 360 in this month i.e, march 2007.so,

1)am i able to play all the previous games and the games to be released within six months (from now) on this modded(mod chip) xbox 360?because i learnt from my friends that some firmwares updates are released by microsoft in january and microsoft is forcing the costumers to update the firmware in order to play latest games.so, will my modded xbox 360 supports these games without any updates
or

2)will these piracy people modify the games to make them run on these modded xbox 360
please help me.(i am from india)
