Well i have a symantec fax program and I installed it oce and it didn't uninstall fully. So I tried to uninstall it again but it said that it couldn't locate this one file and could not proceed. I tried to reinstall so I can uninstall the whole thing but it said that it was already installed and to delete it to install it again. Basically I can't get it off my computer.
My specs are: windows 98, 128 ram, intel pentium III

Please Help I am desperate.
