ok so i was putting some new icons in using psp filer and i thought i had flashed it right, but now when i turn my psp on its just a black screen slightly lighter than what if would be if it were on, any way i had a custom firmware but i cant remember which one, i think it was like3.02 OE-C or somthin like that, i can go into recovery mode and when i go to "run program at..." it starts but then says it can not find the "UPDATE.pbp". what do i do?

i feel stupid.... when i push "run program at ...." it says "doing preparations" then it says "can not find proper UPDATE.pbp." wat do i do?
