Wow, that helped alot. Okay. All the files that are in my game folder are not opening due to the face "game will not start" so does that mean the installation went fine? If so how do i get games to work on it?

Yea youve sucessfully upgraded.

Place your ISO/CSO files in ms0:/ISO, so your structure will look like this:

Memory Stick:
MUSIC
PICTURE
PSP
ISO
MP_ROOT
VIDEO

They should then run straight off the XMB

Thank you Arc and Paul with your help. I'm more than excited after 9+ hours working on this, we finally got it running. Thanks a bunch. My last question is. Some of the files I have are not ISO/CSO there more rar and data bin files. Is there anyway to extract them or zip them to iso or do i have to find one that is already iso/cso?

well done :)

Rar files you need to install WinRAR, then just right click on it and extract, should leave you with an ISO/CSO file

.BIN files are typically not PSP games, there usually PSX games that have been dumped to PC. To run these download AutoPopStation4 from qj.net, and convert them to eboots to run on your PSP.

If its a folder with things like SYS_DIR and USER_DIR in, then it is an extracted ISO. You can rebuild it into a working .ISO by using UMDGen (qj.net again), then put it onto your psp.

Hope that sorts out your last niggles! Anymore probs just come back and holla :)

gasconade, edit your sig to conform to forum specs ASAP.
2. An image-only signature should be less than 50kb in size, and be at most 500 pixels wide and 200 pixels tall.
4. If you want to use both text and image in your signature the image should not be more than 500 pixels wide and 100 pixels tall, and you can use up to three lines of text.
