when i recover my psp from 3.03oea (because my psp has a problem n den tried changin the firmware) and i tried installin 3.03oec. i wanted to update it but wan i tried updatin it says "opening and checking 150.pbp""Unable to open 150.pbp" why is this happenin

because you cannot run Hex's OE-C install....lol

manually install that without a winstaller...."dump your own dxar, flash your own dxar"....this will most likely fix this situation...
