I suc softmodded one xbox after messing one up before. I now want to fix the old one with a mod chip. But i need one that can work with an unlocked hard drive and without the dvd drive. I don't have the eeprom or anything backed up. Can anyone recomend a modchip that will work with these problems?

With an unlocked HDD? Every single one that I know of will work.

Without a DVD drive? I've never heard this mentioned, it may narrow down the selection a LOT.

Thanks, i was pretty sure about chips working with the hard drive but i heard that they can be used without dvd drive on a tutorial for making a slimbox, maybe it doesn't work im not sure.
